The calculation that runs every trade.
You enter three numbers:
→ Your account size
→ The entry price
→ The stop loss price
The spreadsheet does the rest:
→ Calculates your 1R (maximum loss per trade)
→ Calculates the exact number of shares to buy
→ Checks if the position exceeds the 25% account cap
→ Calculates the +2R target price
→ Verifies your stop distance is within the 7% ideal range
No mental arithmetic. No sizing by feel. The numbers go in and the share count comes out.
The calculator also includes:
→ A Trade History log to track every trade in R-multiples

TOOL 2 — INDICATOR CHECKLIST

The pre-trade filter. Run it before every single entry. All six must pass. No exceptions.
The checklist covers:
→ 8 EMA — trend direction and proximity
→ MA Stack (20 > 50 > 200) — Stage 2 confirmation
→ MACD — momentum direction
→ RSI (14) — overbought/oversold check
→ Volume / RVOL — Volume Dry-Up and breakout confirmation
→ RS Line vs SPY — relative strength trending upward
Each indicator has a dropdown: PASS or FAIL. The spreadsheet gives you an automatic final verdict: ALL CLEAR (trade is valid) or FAIL (do not enter).
Below the six indicators, there are six additional pre-trade checks:
→ Market regime confirmed
→ No earnings in the hold window
→ No macro events on entry day
→ Total open risk under 3%
→ 24-Hour Rule respected
→ Position size calculated mechanically

HOW TO USE THESE TOOLS

Every evening, the process is:
Step 1: Open the Indicator Checklist tab. Enter the stock ticker. Run through all six indicators. If all pass, proceed. If any fail, stop.
Step 2: Switch to the Position Size Calculator tab. Enter your account size, entry price, and stop loss price. Copy the share count into your broker order.
Step 3: Place the order. Close the spreadsheet. Close the broker app. The decision is made. Tomorrow, the market will either trigger the entry or it will not. Either way, you have already done the work.
Total time: under 10 minutes.
