KISS Sprint — Sprint 2 Goes Live
Sprint 1: 20 trades, 100% process compliance. The system graduates to real capital.
═══════════════════════════════════════════
SPRINT 1 — FINAL NUMBERS
═══════════════════════════════════════════
→ Trades logged: 20 / 20
→ Process compliance: 100% (graduation bar: 90%)
→ Closed-trade Sprint R: +0.30R
→ LVTD saves: 15
→ Designed −1R losses: 1
→ Positions still open and running: 2 — both past +2R, half sold, stops at breakeven. Reported separately when they close.
Read the second line again. It’s the only one that decides anything. Twenty out of twenty means two months without a single override — no moved stop, no held position past an LVTD exit, no “just this once.”

What Graduation Means
───────────────────────────────────────────
The sprint framework has one exit: ≥90% process compliance across the full sample. Sprint 1 passed. Per the scaling path, the system now advances to Level 1:
→ Live capital
→ 0.50% risk per trade
→ Same rules. Same public tracker. Same compliance bar.
The only thing that changes is that the tuition is no longer theoretical.

Sprint 2 — Live, Week One
───────────────────────────────────────────
→ Sprint R: −0.4R
→ Compliance: 3 / 3
→ LVTD saves: 3 of 3 fills
───────────────────────────────────────────
What Worked
───────────────────────────────────────────
→ Three fills, three LVTD saves. A market at all-time highs keeps producing structurally clean breakouts that volume never funds. Each of these was a potential −1R overnight hold — the gate converted all three into fractions.
→ Execution on live capital was identical to paper. Orders placed the evening before, structural stops, mechanical 15:55 exits. If going live changes how you trade, you weren’t ready to go live.
───────────────────────────────────────────
What Didn’t
───────────────────────────────────────────
→ Nothing broke. But −0.4R is −0.4R: the insurance premium, paid in full, receipt in hand. Weeks like this are the cost of the weeks that pay for everything.
───────────────────────────────────────────
What’s Coming
───────────────────────────────────────────
→ Sprint 2 continues — every fill logged, every rule tested in public.
→ The two open Sprint 1 positions get their final report when the 20 MA (or the rulebook) says so.
→ New here, or unsure how to read the table above? Thursday’s guide covers every row, every column, every rule: How the KISS Sprint Log Works.
